These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and macau4d (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the macau4d website located at https://macau4d.cam and all associated services, applications, games, and platforms (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the macau4d website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services.

macau4d operates as an international online gaming platform. The Services are intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling involves financial risk and players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the macau4d platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including deposited funds and credited bonus amounts where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by macau4d to eligible Players, subject to applicable wagering requirements and promotion-specific terms.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds by a Player into their macau4d Account via a supported payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process macau4d may require Players to complete before processing withdrawals or as part of fraud prevention procedures.
• "Platform" means the macau4d website, mobile site, and any associated applications through which the Services are accessed.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, payment facilities, loyalty programmes, live chat support, and other features made available through the macau4d platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager a Player must place before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of real money funds from a Player's macau4d Account to the Player's nominated payment method.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used on the macau4d platform for Malaysian players.

To register and maintain an account on macau4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. macau4d enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all casino and betting activities. Underage gambling is prohibited. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned (less any bonuses claimed).
2. You are accessing the Services as an individual, acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
3. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and are not subject to any legal restriction preventing you from using gambling services.
4. You understand and accept that online gambling may be restricted or regulated in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your participation is lawful where you are located.
5. You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of macau4d, or an immediate family member of any such person, in relation to any promotional or bonus offer.
6. You have not previously had a macau4d account closed for breach of these Terms.
7. You are not registering from a jurisdiction where macau4d has explicitly prohibited access, as notified on the platform from time to time.

To access the full range of macau4d Services, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must not use a pseudonym or false identity at any stage.

One Account Policy: Each individual player may hold only one (1) registered account on macau4d. The creation of multiple accounts — whether by the same individual or acting in concert with others — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances or winnings held within duplicate accounts may be voided and forfeited.

Account Security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. macau4d will never contact you to request your password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

Identity Verification (KYC): macau4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being held pending or the account being suspended.

macau4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods for players in Malaysia: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20. All MYR transactions are processed at face value with no currency conversion. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

By making a deposit, you confirm and warrant that:

• The funds you are depositing are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• The payment method you are using is registered in your own name and you are the authorised user of that method.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party.
• You understand that deposit funds are held in player-segregated accounts, separate from macau4d's operational capital.

macau4d does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — macau4d is not responsible for any such third-party fees. Processing times are as advertised for each payment method: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) process instantly; bank transfers via FPX or direct bank (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) typically settle within 5–10 minutes; USDT TRC20 requires one network confirmation and typically takes 15–30 minutes.

Players may request a withdrawal of real money funds (excluding uncleared bonus balances subject to wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. All withdrawal requests must be submitted through the designated withdrawal interface on the macau4d platform.

Withdrawal Processing: macau4d aims to process all verified withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing times vary by Player tier: Diamond-tier and Platinum-tier Players benefit from priority processing. Standard withdrawal processing targets are communicated in the platform's payment information section and are subject to KYC clearance. macau4d makes no unconditional guarantee of specific processing times.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your macau4d account.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus balances must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• macau4d reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request it deems to warrant further review, without obligation to provide specific reasons for the delay.
• In the event of a dispute, macau4d may temporarily freeze the relevant funds pending resolution.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Daily withdrawal limits vary by Player tier, as detailed in the VIP Programme terms available on the platform.

macau4d offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, which will be communicated at the time of each offer. The following general bonus terms apply across all macau4d promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Promotions are only available to eligible registered Players. Eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit thresholds and VIP tier requirements, will be stated within each offer.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms at the time of the offer.
• Abuse Prevention: macau4d monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, and systematic low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements. macau4d reserves the right to withhold bonuses or close accounts where abuse is identified.
• One Offer Per Household: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Modification and Withdrawal: macau4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice, particularly in cases of technical error or suspected abuse.

All bets and wagers placed on macau4d are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. General betting rules include:

• Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled by the Player, except as permitted by the specific rules of the relevant market (e.g., in-play cash-out functionality where available).
• In the event of a technical error during a game session (including disconnection, software malfunction, or data transmission failure), bets may be voided and stakes returned. macau4d's decision on voided bets is final.
• All slot and table game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RTP percentages for all games are available on request.
• Sports betting odds are offered subject to availability and may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply to all betting products. These are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface.
• macau4d reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (e.g., due to an obvious pricing error) regardless of the bet having been confirmed, provided Player stakes are returned in full.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the macau4d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or any KYC process.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent responsible gaming limits.
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to interact with the platform in a non-human manner without prior written authorisation.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting known or unknown errors may be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using macau4d for any other criminal financial purpose.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening macau4d staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any aspect of the macau4d platform or its underlying software.

All content on the macau4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, images, software, trademarks, and other proprietary materials — is the intellectual property of macau4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the macau4d Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any macau4d content without prior written consent.
• Use macau4d's name, brand, or likeness for any commercial purpose or in any manner that creates a false impression of affiliation or endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract content or data from the macau4d platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, macau4d and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

macau4d does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Services may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. macau4d will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance.

macau4d accepts no liability for any financial losses arising from gambling activity. Wagering is inherently risky and past results do not indicate future performance. Players acknowledge that they participate at their own risk.

macau4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all of its Services. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible within your Account settings.

21+ Age Restriction: Our Services are available only to persons aged 21 years and above. We enforce this requirement during registration and through ongoing KYC procedures. Self-Exclusion: If you feel that your gambling activity is becoming problematic, you may request a self-exclusion period through your Account settings or by contacting our support team. Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your macau4d account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to you via your last used payment method, subject to KYC verification.

Company-Initiated Suspension or Termination: macau4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, if:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• macau4d reasonably suspects the account is involved in fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• The Player has provided false identity information during registration or KYC.
• macau4d is required to do so by a regulatory or legal authority.
• The Player has self-excluded and subsequently attempts to circumvent their self-exclusion.

In cases of termination for cause, macau4d reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, the full balance may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

macau4d reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, macau4d will endeavour to provide Players with reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the macau4d Services following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you must cease using the Services and may request account closure as described in Clause 13. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which macau4d holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with macau4d's customer support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated by the applicable licensing authority.

macau4d commits to addressing all Player complaints and disputes in a fair, timely, and transparent manner. Players who wish to raise a formal dispute should contact our support team in writing at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. macau4d will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve disputes within 30 days of receipt.

Players in Malaysia are reminded that local consumer protection legislation may provide additional rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold under applicable Malaysian law.
